The first and last take points for the proposed wells will meet the setback requirements set forth in the statewide rules for horizontal oil wells. The completed laterals for the Bonzo 1H, Bonzo 2H, Bonzo 3H, Bonzo 4H, and Bonzo 5H comply with the standard setbacks. The completed lateral proposed for the Bonzo 6H does not satisfy the standard setback because the completed interval is closer than 330’ from the outer boundary of the HSU. Longfellow will be seeking separate approval of a non-standard location for the Bonzo 6H. Also to be considered will be the cost of drilling and completing the wells and the allocation of the costs, the designation of Applicant as Operator of the wells, and a 200% charge for the risk involved in drilling and completing the wells.
