PRELIMINARY DOCKET: Examiner Hearing for Thursday, February 4, 2021

Applications for hearing shall be filed at least thirty (30) days in advance of the hearing date. A party who intends to present evidence shall file a pre-hearing statement no later than the close of business on the Thursday prior to the hearing date and serve a copy on the other parties, if any. Applicant in the above-styled cause seeks to re-open Case No. 20962 and amend Division Order No. R-21261 in order to obtain, based on good cause shown, a one-year extension of the well commencement deadline, through April 18, 2022. Order No. R-21261 pooled uncommitted interest owners and granted Applicant operating rights for three wells: (1) Danger Noodle 29-20 Fed Com Well No. 1H; (2) Danger Noodle 29-20 Fed Com Well No. 2H; and (3) Danger Noodle 29-20 Fed Com Well No. 3H; proposed to be drilled into the Bone Spring formation underlying the W/2 of Sections 20 and 29, Township 23 South, Range 33 East, NMPM, Lea County, New Mexico.
4. 21634 Application of Tamaroa Operating, LLC for Approval of a Non-Standard Spacing and Proration Unit and Compulsory Pooling, Chaves County, New Mexico. Applicant seeks an order: (1) approving an 80-acre, more or less, non-standard spacing and proration unit comprised of the NW/4 NW/4 of Section 29 and the NE/4 NE/4 of Section 30, Township 9 South, Range 29 East in Chaves County; and (2) pooling all uncommitted interests in all formations from the surface through the Devonian formation underlying the proposed non-standard spacing unit. Applicant proposes to dedicate the spacing unit to the Heritage Park #1 well, which will be vertically drilled from a surface location 660’ FNL and 10’ FEL in Section 30. Applicant applies for an order pooling all uncommitted mineral interests in the Bone Spring formation in a 320-acre, more or less, standard horizontal spacing unit comprised of the W/2 W/2 of Sections 2 and 11, Township 20 South, Range 35 East in Lea County. The horizontal spacing unit will be dedicated to applicant’s proposed Zeus 2-11 Fed Com #1H well, which will be horizontally drilled from a surface location approximately 100’ FNL and 330’ FWL in Section 2 to a bottom hole location approximately 100’ FSL and 330’ FWL in Section 11. The completed interval of the well will be orthodox. Applicant seeks an order from the Division for the limited purposes of amending Order No. R-21181 to allow for a one-year extension of time to commence drilling the well under the Order.
